Key Facts Sheets

When considering a home loan, it's important that your customer knows what they want from a loan and how much it will cost them. From 1 January 2012, where a customer requests one, all credit providers are required to provide customers with a Key Facts Sheet for selected home loan products. This gives your customer the ability to easily compare home loans.

What is a Key Facts Sheet?

A Key Facts Sheet (KFS) is a fact sheet for standard home loan products, which is in a standard format. The Key Facts Sheet will highlight important information about a home loan such as the interest rate, repayment amount and provides customers with the total amount to be paid back over the life of the loan. It is not a binding agreement or a loan offer.

A Key Facts Sheet is available for the following ING home loans, based on Principal and Interest repayments:

  • Mortgage Simplifier (variable interest rate)
  • Orange Advantage (variable interest rate)
  • Fixed Rate Loan (fixed interest rate for a specified term)
